Hiya, Jess here! I'm a hair cutter and colorist, sure, but I'm also an adventurer, actor, singer, and super nerd. I love to be with my people and my animals and to read, watch, and tell stories. I'm on the planet to make art and cozy spaces and to help folks feel like their most authentic selves.

My commitment to humanity and art is the driving force behind all I do. Come sit in my chair if you're looking to be nurtured, seen, and heard. I specialize in easy, breezy, low-maintenance cuts and blonding with a strong skillset for wavy and curly textures. With my education background, I love teaching about scalp science and your specific hair texture to  help you get the most out of your unique hair chemistry.

Hi, I'm Yousra. I was a public librarian for 12 years before pursuing my true passion - skincare! I have been blessed to be trained by several veterans in the esthetics industry and continue to receive guidance from them.

My philosophy is never stop learning. When you come see me, you have my full attention. I strive to give each of my clients a true EXPERIENCE! I love what I do and that shines through in my work. I hope to be your zen, happy place.

I use Tuel, an active botanical, vegan skin and body line, and Berodin Wax, a luxury wax line. I am proud to be on their education team as one of their educators helping the next generation of estheticians grow.

Tyler Morgan is a New York-trained stylist with over a decade of experience specializing in curly haircuts, custom color, and luxury hair extensions. At Brio Alchemy House, she creates personalized, transformative hair experiences rooted in creativity, precision, and care.

Known for her intuitive approach and love of natural texture, Tyler helps clients feel confident and seen in every session. Outside the salon, she’s an avid reader, cyclist, and amusement park enthusiast—always chasing stories, movement, and a bit of magic.

Hey there! My name is Maddie, I am an alt, queer hairstylist and makeup artist from Washington DC! 

Outside of the salon, you can find me out dancing, hanging out with my cats and dog, playing video games, or exploring the world around me with a rainbow walk!
Behind the chair, I have a passion for funky, vivid, and lived in color, clipper cuts, and natural textures with an affinity for waves, curls, and coils! I also provide makeup services of all types, whether it's a natural look, full glam, or a customized lesson to help you learn to do your ideal day to day look - I'm here for it.
My approach is personalized and attentive—I listen closely to your needs, set realistic expectations, and prioritize keeping your hair healthy and thriving! I love to connect with other humans, build community, and make sure you leave my chair feeling better than when you sat down in it. I can't wait to make some magic together!
